I felt very at ease interviewing with different Tax managers and partners. The whole Aprio team really did a great job with the interview and I never felt too nervous about talking with the different professionals during my interviews.

The interview is very easy and the question is mainly about behavioral questions. Nothing technical since there is no experience in tax yet. No need to be nervous or scared about the interview.

The interview process comprised three rounds. The initial round, with a Tax Partner, delved into my background and familiarity with the firm, making it the most extensive. The second round, with an upcoming Tax Partner, offered a more casual atmosphere, allowing me to gain insights into Aprio's operations while addressing queries about my accounting interests. In the final round, conducted by a Senior Associate, I received a concise overview of potential roles and responsibilities. Additionally, there were inquiries regarding my completed coursework and aspirations regarding CPA certification.

The interview experience was great. Most of the time during interviews I get scared, stutter, or forget what I am gonna say however interviewing with Aprio was different as they were really welcoming and reassuring.
