Aptean Associate Architect interview questions

Written test comprising of aptitude and personality assessment. As this is for experienced position, I don't expect to have this wrriten test. Any ways, post completion of the test, they are not giving clarity on which area, the candidate is lacking, when failed to obtain the qualifying score.
