Applied online and was invited for an online assessment which needed to be completed via Skype or in their office. 4 days after my assessment I was then invited in for an interview, which went fine but lots of stock/generic questions. I was told I would hear if I was successful for a second interview at the start of the following week, after hearing nothing for a few days I called to chase up on two different dates but wasn't put through, after my second call I received a generic auto response e-mail - "Thank you for taking the time to apply for the HR Coordinator/ Business Partner position at Aptean. We appreciate your consideration of our company in your job search. The information you have presented has been given close review. However, we have decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely matches our current requirements. Based on your background and interests, we will keep your information readily available in the hopes of a future match, and, in that event, we shall be in touch with you. Thank you again for your interest in our company." To receive a generic e-mail with no mention to the interview or assessment I'd undertaken and to receive no real feedback was quite disappointing, as it was a HR Role this gave quite an insight as to how they treat their employees!
