Telephone screen, then a live aptitude test (they check its you doing I guess), then hiring manager. This position was going to be moved after the acquisition. Didn't any further than this part so hard to add 30 words

Usual prescreening telephone call, but not a lot of intel on the position. Only real point of note was that this role was difficult to hire for and several people turned it down. Pressing on this issue is likely why the TA didn't put me forward to save face
