I had given the interview at Bangalore location. They told that interview process is of 2-3hr but it took a complete day for me where I have to go to office also. First they took the written test which contains basic Aptitude Question and behavioural test. After clearing the first round there was a technical round. There were 2 person sitting and ask each and every question from basic to complex in Java. They took my interview for 2 hour. After than HR told that I had cleared that round and manager wants to meet me for 10min. There was again a 3rd round with 2 managers and they asked some basic question why you want to join Aptean and some 2-3 technical question. After that HR told me that they will let me know on Monday. When i called them on Monday HR told that he didn't received the feedback yet and once received he will share it with me. I received the mail stating I got rejected. I dont know on what basis they rejected as I had cleared all the round and managerial round also went well. Waste of time.

Aptitude and Technical rounds. After qualifying online Aptitude Test I had to wait a long time for technical round but panel was not available. I had to spend entire working day. Then one temporary guy took interview an d i was told to come another weekday and there there was any communication.

I had really bad experience with this company. I got an email from the company that they found my resume on the job portal and find it suitable for the openings in their company. I went to their office on the scheduled day. 1st round was online aptitute test. While I was about to complete the test to my surprise the HR came and told me that I have cleared the test and can come for the interview. I was wondering how can someone clear the test without even submitting it. Next was technical round there were two members in the panel both had no idea what they were doing there it took them 20 minutes to realize they were not the right person to interview me and they will send someone else for the interview. 2nd technical round went through fine and the interviewer asked me about my current roles responsibilities and asked me to write some programs. It was late and the interviewer told me I have cleared the round and that the next panel is not available and they will call me next week for further rounds(It was a friday). I did not hear any updates from them for the next one week and dropped them an email asking for the status and the HR responded asking me to come down to their office for further rounds. It was exactly after 2 weeks from my 1st rounds. I went for the interview and was waiting for over 2 hours for HR to come. she arranged a panel to two members again a technical round which went through fine. Later HR came and told me I have cleared all the rounds and can come for the HR discussion. Hr discussion went through fine and I asked for a very reasonable compensation and the HR told me they can better it as they dont like to have disparity between team members. She informed that I might have a small discussion with director as he likes to interact with people who join them at senior levels and she will process the offer letter in a day or two. I left for the day and again no communication from them for next three days, I called them up and HR told me the director is not available and will inform me on the schedule. After waiting for one more week I tried contacting them again and this time the HR did not respond to my calls, I dropped them an email but got no response.
