Bad experience for a fresher interview ,even after being taken to final round they rejected me after ghosting me without proper follow up. I really feel this needs to get better there

The selection process was structured in four stages, beginning with resume shortlisting, where candidates were filtered based on academic performance and relevant skills. The first round involved a Group Discussion, designed to assess communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork. Successful candidates then proceeded to the second round, an online test evaluating technical knowledge, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability. The final stage was an AI Hackathon, which provided participants the opportunity to showcase creativity, innovation, and practical application of AI in solving real-world industry problems. Each stage was well-organized and provided valuable learning experiences for all participants.
