There were multiple rounds in office, via SKype, an aptitude test (very silly for a senior role) etc. But the whole experience was ruined by unprofessional and indecisive hiring process.
Firstly they lowballed me with a very low offer and refused to nudge from it through the process. Then when I finally decided to accept it, they turned around and started questioning why I"m accepting a low offer - this was while providing an offer letter. (Note to company -- beyond a certain salary, higher salary is better. But candidates look at other factors like team size, number of products, nature of role, reporting structure, etc. -- Hint -- you cannot expect the candidate to explain everything to you - please learn to interpret things)
And the worst part is they started looking for other candidates and took 2 days to inform me that they've decided to look for other candidates. I mean, firstly be open to your candidates. And secondly your website, LinkedIn etc. is filled with details of job postings. So, if you start posting the same job again, candidates will know
