HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
My interview process with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. It consisted of three rounds of interviews, followed by an aptitude and psychometric test. The psychometric test itself was an exhausting ordeal, with a staggering 175 questions to answer.
After successfully clearing the first two rounds, the feedback I received was incredibly positive. They explicitly told me to come for the third face-to-face round, assuring me it was just going to be a casual conversation and that I would receive the offer on the same day.
Now, here's where things went completely downhill. I wasn’t even in the location they required, but because of their encouraging feedback, I booked a flight worth ₹22,000 to attend the in-person round. Despite all their prior assurances, the moment I completed the interview, I was told they had two more candidates lined up and that they would be providing feedback in the upcoming week.
It's now been over a month, and I haven't even received a rejection email. Every time I try to reach out to HR, I get the same vague, frustrating response: “Your profile is on hold.” It’s like they couldn’t care less about the candidate’s time, money, or energy.
The fact that they scheduled an aptitude test after three interview rounds is utterly ridiculous and backward. It makes no sense to exhaust a candidate with multiple interviews, only to then test their aptitude at such a late stage. This clearly shows a complete lack of structure and professionalism in their hiring process.
This entire interview process was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. I have never had such a disorganized and disrespectful experience with any company before. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
