I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aquilent (Laurel, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
I met with four members of team, three of which I'd been told about beforehand while the fourth was a last minute addition. We had a productive and easy flowing conversation about the company, the project, my background, my goals and their needs. It felt less structured and formal than most interviews I've ever been on, which I found more relaxing and more informative. By less structured I mean that they didn't [appear] to be taking predetermined turns asking their own questions and instead we simply spoke and, over time, covered all relevant territory.
