Interviewed with the VP and got offered the job the same day. Made the job seem different than it actually was. Said only would have to work one shift. Had to work all three shifts on random days. Very difficult to have a work/life balance.

TA Preliminary Screening / VPO Live Interview / Company Leadership Panel Interview / 1:1 Site Leadership Live Interviews then went back to VPO for offer process and negotiation. Initially did not accept offer but ultimately an agreement was met.

3 very long interviews. Process was professional and interesting. I felt like they were open to answering questions honestly and without reservation. I would like to have asked more about their health benefits but I did not.

Had received an email to come in and do a face to face with the GM. Next day was emailed to come in and interview with VP of operations. Both interviewers were very laid back and basic questions.
