Applied through an online application and then received an email to set up a phone interview within a week or two. I had the phone interview with someone in Penn, then she said that she would forward my profile to the actual hiring manager at the facility where I would be hired. About a week or two passed and I received a call to set up an in person interview with the manager I would be working under. It went really well, and we talked for about an hour. The first fifteen-twenty minutes were actually the interview, and then afterwards was my turn to ask questions. When I asked a question, the manager was very informative and elaborate in her answers, and we went off on a few tangents. Overall, I really enjoyed the interviews and received the job in less than a week.
