I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aramark in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview and on-boarding process took less time than other organizations where I've worked. I was contacted by an Aramark recruiter by email, a phone interview was scheduled, and I was then quickly set up with an interview with my prospective boss, then an in-person interview with an RVP, then flown to Dallas for panel and group interviews. It all went very smoothly and effectively. And after I was hired, the on-boarding process was one of the best I have ever experienced.

Question 1
There were no really difficult or 'trick' questions, or even unexpected questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aramark in Sep 2021
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later, then eventually moved to the next round. The hiring manager met with me promptly and we talked about my experience. Before the interview ended, he mentioned that I would be contacted for the Senior HR Manager as the next step. I sent a thank you note, and I never got a response. They basically ghosted me.
Contacted by recruiter after applying for an HR position, interviewed with hiring manager, never heard from them again. I followed up with an email and they never responded to it.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2020
Interview
I join the cohort of interviewees who were ghosted by Aramark following their interview. From the interview reviews I've seen on Glassdoor, I shouldn't have been surprised.
I had two interviews, which included a phone screen with a recruiter and a formal interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter emailed me 30 minutes AFTER our scheduled meeting time to reschedule, which was fine. It happens. Then on the day of my formal interview she emailed me an hour before to move it to the following day, which was a little bit frustrating. But it happens, so I rescheduled again.
My interview with the hiring manager was pleasant. We had a nice conversation, easy questions, basic review of my resume and experience. He said the recruiter would contact me regarding next steps. She didn't. I followed up with her twice in the following month. No response.
