The interview process was pretty standard. I had 3 rounds of interviews with them which included the direct hiring manager, the finance director and the program manager. The interviews went very well except with the program manager who seemed to be focus on the fact that I had project management certifications while he learned on the job. What was disappointing is that they didn't make the effort to let me know their decision and I never received any final word after 3 separate interviews. I stalled another job offer I got to give them some time but then accepted it as they never reached back to me. A waste of time.
