Aramark Marketing interview questions

The process starts out with a virtual (read AI) HR representative scheduling you for a quick phone screen. Since this is virtual you have no idea who the person is you will be talking to until a few minutes prior (or whenever they decide to send the actual calendar invite). The phone screen with the HR rep was ok. She was not the most personable of people and kind of rushed through the whole thing. The interview with the hiring manager was nice and pretty standard. Nothing that stood out.

I applied online through the company job portal and interviewed the next week. I accepted an offer, however, the background check and process of entering their employee database took so long that I was not able to begin working for a month.
