Interview process consisted of the following: -HR Interview (30 minutes) -Hiring Manager (1 hour) -MD for UK (1 hour) -Panel interview (1.5 hours) *Final Stage* After the final interview, I was informed to expect a decision within the next 1-2 weeks. four weeks have now elapsed and the HR contact is simply ignoring my requests for feedback. Companies should be ashamed of ghosting candidates who get through to final round interviews.
