The initial interview was interesting in that there seemed to be some logistics issues. The scheduled time for the interview wasn’t the time that the recruiter actually called me (30 minutes too early), the meeting invite had to be sent a couple of times for it to actually stick with the details for the call. The recruiter was nice but seemed distracted during the call. Second interview was a bit more of what I expected up until the end where I was being told I’d be followed up with for a third & final round and when I should put in my two weeks notice if I cleared the third round (which was just a few days away). I was provided my contacts email and told a timeline - then nothing. I got radio silence from both the recruiter and the second person I had interviewed with. Aside from the weirdness of being ghosted after being invited to a third round of interviewing, the people I spoke with seemed alright. I’d be a bit careful with this company after interviewing with them as it appears they are still figuring some things out internally when it comes to onboarding. If you do move forward, would be prepared to help them figure out some kinks and process challenges along the way.
