Aravo Marketing Operations interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter, video chat with hiring manager, onsite with junior SDR, director of product marketing, and CMO. It all took about a week because I had another offer waiting for an answer. I met with the junior SDR and he was clueless. He thought because I didn't give any specific KPIs and metrics that I didn't know anything. Newsflash! KPIs and metrics are proprietary information and if you signed a Non Disclosure Agreement you can't share it! Such an amateur! And he really wants the job that I was interviewing for. Of course he wasn't going to say anything good to the CMO about his competition. The fact the the CMO didn't understand human nature and was rude to me made my decision easy to accept the offer I had from another company. The director of product marketing seemed wise and was pleasant and the only person that I felt did not waste my time.
