I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arby's (San Antonio, TX) in May 2014

Interview

It was very simple and easy. My GM only asked a few questions, all of which were common sense, and they showed me videos to train me. From there, you transition into working with the other crew members and they show how to work the registers, bag orders, etc.

Interview

I went in wearing dress clothes while all the other interviewees wore sweats and casual clothes. The manager was very impressed. She was very nice and the interview was very easy. It went very well. I was hired on the spot.

Applied in-person. Got called in for a interview a week later. The interview took place in the lobby with the manager. I was asked the basic job interview questions and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. I was hired on the spot. I then had to go apply for a food handlers card before officially starting.
