Easy, I got an application and then turned it in about a week later because I was busy, I was given an interview right away. I came to the interview 2 days after I turned in the application wearing a button up shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes.
The manager was very nice, she asked me questions like "Describe a situation where you helped and went up and beyond someones' expectations" and "Describe a time when it was impossible to make a customer happy, and how did you handle it" and "Give an example where you had to lead a group of people"
The interview lasted for 30-45 minutes. There was a 15 minute delay because the manager had to fix a problem.
Orientation was about 2 days later, I signed papers and was given the general idea about working.
I started working about 3 days after orientation, and was trained by the manager and co-workers at fries, then cashier, then drive through, and then sandwich prep. Since I'm under 18, I can't slice the meat, but I can make the sandwiches.
