Interview
Asked customer based questions, looked for initiative in my answers, wanted a reliable employee. The manager interviewing me wanted to make sure I was calm under stressed, liked that I had background in being a supervisor already. It was a laid back interview, the GM was nice and professional. Overall the interview was a smooth process, within a week I was working at Arby's.
Easy process for interview and application process. They are very virtual, and email correspondence is fast and interview process is easy they actually want to know you as a person, and you interview with GM and DM and pay is great.
