Interview
I went into the store. The manager was very desperate for workers at the time. She went over my information and discussed my past work history. While I was being interviewed, I noticed the workers were all watching, and did not have a very nice look on their faces. She pretty much told me that if I didn't prove myself, I wouldn't get hours.
Walked in sat down and met the manager at a booth got hired on spot asked my availibity and start date very simple and straightforward he asked me a few personality questions but that was it
Great interview and easy process. Was hired at the end of interview and the questions were not that difficult to answer. Relevant background in food industry not required but encouraged.
Was over qualified didn't go well I came overdressed wasn't welcomed very disappointed don't waste time wasn't happy laid back but dumb question if I need a job hire me even if I'm overqualified
