The interview process was pretty simple. They invite you down to HQ and you have about 3 back to back interviews in which you meet with the Accounting Managers and Senior Accountants. They ask basic questions; who you are, what motivates you, how you respond to deadlines, how you like to be managed. However, there were little to no questions asking of your accounting knowledge, only one question asking my level of skill with Excel. After the initial round of interviews, if you pass they bring you back to meet with the department head and the Chief Accounting Officier. These are both about 15 minutes each just for the bosses to get a general feel for you and whether you are a good fit. Lastly, they give you a leadership style test and a general aptitude test with an HR professional.
