Phone Interviews that get rescheduled repeatedly and then never come. Horrible email response rate, showing an extreme lack of organization and professionalism . Originally we agreed upon a time that worked best for both of us. I was then emailed well before business hours to see if I WANTED an earlier time. I respectfully declined as I had prior engagements.
