Interviewed with Area Manager one on one, General Manager one on one, and Franchise Owner by phone. The process was about an hour and a half; however, the decision making was a couple of weeks.

Long -term goals, last employer, description of responsibility of last employer and previous restaurant employment responsibilities.
Interview was thorough but did not drag on. Very accommodating to location and time. They really did an outstanding job of selling the brand and had enough knowledge to answer all questions.
Was fine but honestly didn’t think I would be a good fit so I decided not to take the offer even though the interview was easy lease and it so he is now cowboy. O
