It's very easy if you have it explained If you don't understand something other wise it's easy to do it just depends on how fast you catch on to what you're supposed to be doing

Interview
I was in the restaurant and saw that they were understaffed, so I submitted an application online while still in the restaurant. The 'temp' manager and his trainee interviewed me and everything seemed very positive until the next day when I returned to the restaurant and overheard one of the employees spew verbal slurs at a co-worker. I, being the witty and sarcastic type, spoke up and defended the worker being assaulted with similar language. Turns out that the worker that was instigating this tirade was under 18, and therefore, my speaking to her in the same manner that she was using would be wrong, because she's a minor. I have all the experience and knowledge of the food service industry to be an exemplary employee, but because one of their employees wanted to be offensive towards another employee and I used her own weapons against her (basically stood up to a bully) I'm not right for their position. There was no call back. After the Interview that occurred Saturday, I was told that it would be Tuesday before the hiring manager was back and to wait. I did.... and I called to inquire about my application and left messages and was told that someone would be in contact with me...
That was at least 2 months ago and still not a word. I go into the restaurant and it seems that none of this ever happened.
If this is the kind of management and hiring practices that are a regular thing for this franchisee, I can very well see why they need people. The problem is that they lack any sort of real structure or communication. I feel sorry for the employees that have to put up with this kind of "holier than thou" attitude from their employers.
