Arc'teryx Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I applied for the job online, and one of the managers contacted me to set up an interview for that week. I replied to their email as soon as I saw it (a couple hours after it had been sent), but after a few days I hadn't heard back from them. I sent a follow up email later that week, but again, I heard nothing back. It was fairly annoying that they ghosted me like that. It could be a possibility that my email went directly to the junk mail box, but I don't think that is the case as they had obviously successfully received my application/I replied directly to the email they sent me. Honestly, its fine if they did not want to interview me anymore/already had chosen another candidate, but in that case they should had never contacted me in the first place, or had at least written me to say that they were no longer interested. Ignoring my messages was very disrespectful. I found the experience to be extremely unprofessional, and it has made me lose faith in the company overall, which is too bad because I used to really like it.
