Arc3 was great. I never got an offer from them but ultimately they changed the scope of the position to be something I was probably overqualified for and the salary wouldnt have been conducive to my wanting to pursue the role after it was modified. It's a shame but it is what it is, i was hopeful there would have been a mutual alignment. Everyone I spoke with was cordial, accommodating, pleasant. So different from a number of other 'tech interviews' I have done where 'ghosting' is more the norm than not. I have nothing but good things to say about what I saw of this company and the people I spoke with. I wish them continued success.
