I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Arcadia in Jan 2020
Interview
Two weeks after applying online, I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview with HR for a phone screen. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted 40 minutes. Questions were all very typical behavioral questions "tell me about a time when you had to X" and I'd rate the difficulty as easy. No curveballs. She then told me she had no concerns with my responses or qualifications and walked me through the rest of the interview process and next steps, saying they were hoping to move quickly.
The process was painfully slow, with 6-7 weeks passing between my phone interview and when I heard back from them with next steps (after two follow up emails from me, I heard back confirming that they'd moved forward with other candidates).
Only red flag was when she told me "people work long hours here, but that's because they're really driven by the mission." To me that's a comment that means "Hope you are ready to get burned out" so I was iffy about the opportunity anyway.
Phone screen, 30 minute interview with hiring manager, questions focused on the job description and specific experience for it, nothing too out of left field, they said the follow-up would be several more interviews and an assignment
