I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arcadia.io (Boston, MA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very straightforward. Meeting people already in the role provided reassurance the role was one I was interested in. The initial interview was via phone followed by an in person meeting with the Dept manager as well as a few staff in same role and followed up with time with Human Resources
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arcadia.io in Nov 2023
Interview
The hiring process was very smooth and quick. I applied and I received an interview invitation the same day. Received a job offer 2 days after the interview. During the interview they ask simple questions like why you want to work with the company and why did you leave your previous position. The managers I spoke to were very pleasant and communicated clearly on when I should hear back from them.
I interviewed at Arcadia.io (Burlington, MA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who met with me over the phone to vet me and my interest in the job. I then met over the phone with the department manager and the COO. Since those interviews went well, I was brought in for a full day of meetings and to do a presentation. All of the people I met seemed genuine and very intelligent.
