They no-showed once without notice, and then rescheduled our chat at the very last minute a second time. This was frustrating, as I'd taken time out of my day to speak with them and they were not respectful of my time. Finally, I met with one of their recruitment specialists - it was pretty straightforward. They asked about my current position, skills, and what I was interested in, and then discussed the possibility of me taking a position with them. It didn't feel like they were equipped to think imaginatively about how my experience as employee #1 at a start-up would be relevant in a role there. The conversation ended when they asked about my current comp and it was much higher than they were willing to consider.
