The interview process overall was a positive experience, even though I wasn't offered the role. I had a phone screening with a recruiter, two interviews with the manager, and one interview with the director. The recruiter didn't call me at the time we agreed, and instead called me 4 hours later around 7pm. Luckily, I was available and able to speak with her, but it wasn't a great first impression. I was able to set up my other interviews very quickly, and the whole process took about 2.5 weeks.

The interview process was straightforward and the recruiter was very pleasant during the phone interview. I had a 2nd interview with the manager and immediately noticed how low energy and bored they were the entire time. They did not want to try and have a conversation at all, and immediately cut to the chase and even ended the interview early. I was told at the start this was a behavioral interview and I was nothing but positive and informative the entire time. I requested some feedback if possible in a follow-up thank you note and got an automated rejection email immediately after that.
