Definitely one of the most comical experiences I've had during an interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager. This individual appeared uninterested and disengaged from the start of the call. The pinnacle waa when the person let out a huge, unabashed yawn and continued on as though nothing had happened. Meanwhile, I spent about 5 hours preparing for this 30 minute conversation. It was a complete waste of my time and I should have followed my gut when something felt off from the beginning of the process. And given the employee reviews about the company's engagement and morale and now meeting the person responsible for driving it, I'm not surprised.
