Initial 30 min phone call with HR. Conversation about my background and gave details/information about the role, company and team structure. HR mentioned that they would give title adjust based on my years of experience to get the salary in the range that I wanted. Second round was 30 mins online teams interview with the hiring manager. It went over to 45 mins. Third round was on-site in Maryland. It was 45 mins 1:1 interviews with the team. They flew me out to Maryland and paid for flights, food and hotel.
