Interview
I was not the only one called in for an interview so when reached i noticed it was not only me for that flat interview I was friendly to everyone around me I respected the stuff
I was first contacted by their in-house recruiter who wanted to know my availability for an interview, when I confirmed the time of the interview they sent me a personality test type-thing to complete within a week. In the interview I met with two managers and they were nice and wanted to know specific things mostly about behavior and conflict resolution etc., They don't expect you to know the product unless you come from the same industry or something, so they only asked technical questions related to the experience on my resume and what they were looking for. It was a good experience.
