They took telephonic interview, extremely easy to get through it, As their is always manpower shortage. I was asked to join immediately. They made you sit on the same day. They ask people sitting next to you about your work efficiency, productivity. Which you of-course you don't know. They explain you project very briefly, and you have to crack the problem in next 3 days. On the very first day I joined, I wasn't out of office for next 3 days, I did what I was supposed 2 in short time frame. They were happy and I was hired..!!
