Sent in application, got asked to do an online interview which was 9 questions with 3 minute responses each. Then continued on to an on site interview which they said would be 5 hours but turned out to be 6 and a half. Took me to lunch and offered to pay all expenses for interview (was local so I declined)

Interview

The interview is a two-part process. For the first part, I was given a week to complete a one-way interview with SparkHire. The questions weren't as technical as I expected. I haven't gone through the second, in person part. I will have to wait two weeks before I know if I made it through to the 2nd interview part.

Had one on one informal interview with V.P. at Starbucks close to their D.C. Office. The questions asked in the video interview were straight from a typical textbook, and served the purpose to impress the the HR with your acting talent.
