If you value your time, don’t waste it here. If you are still attending the interview, don’t forget to ask to record it. Even if you answer all the questions correctly, they may still provide irrelevant feedback. Specifically, the person conducting the interview either lacks a basic understanding of the concepts and is simply wasting your time, or fears that hiring someone more skilled might threaten their own job security. I would suggest that the CEO of the company first assess the skills of their employees, especially those responsible for technical evaluations. Your time isn't valued: They won’t join the interview unless you ping them. Even if they join late, they will ask you to wait, claiming they are on another call. If there was a scheduling conflict, shouldn't they have known in advance? The questions asked are very basic—covering topics like Java features, collections, GC, etc. No matter how well you answer or explain your responses, it’s entirely their choice, Yes their Choice whether to select or reject you. Your performance doesn’t necessarily determine the outcome—it’s their Choice only.
