My experience with this company's interview process was disappointing. First interview was over the phone and had very basic security questions. The second interview was in person and was just being quizzed by a CompTIA exam. There were almost no practical or scenario-based question that would actually reflect day-to-day responsibilities. The atmosphere was also concerning. I left with the impression that I was being interviewed simply to check a diversity interview box rather than to be seriously considered. The environment was a boys club, even though their website goes on and on about their "diverse culture." The process felt performative rather than meaningful, and I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for an inclusive or fair interview experience.
