I was invited to attend the interview at the Arctic Wolf office. Interestingly, one of the interviewers from the panel joined the interview remotely. Considering that, it felt like the interview could have been conducted remotely for me as well, but the team preferred that I come to the office in person.
Overall, the experience was decent. The interviewer was quite senior, though from a technical standpoint the discussion was fairly basic. The questions were mostly around past experience, such as how I implemented certain things in previous projects, approaches I have taken to solve problems, and general discussion about my work.
There were no coding exercises or deep implementation discussions during the interview. Most of the conversation focused on high-level explanations of my previous work and problem-solving approaches.
Overall, it was an average interview experience.
