2 hours consisting of a technical background interview with two senior devs, then a more intensive technical interview that dug into my knowledge in more detail. There were no coding questions, there was no take home question, just me and four devs chatting in depth about tech in two back-to-back interviews.
It. Was. Awesome. They learned everything they needed from those conversations. The interviewers were great and were able to get at the core details of my knowledge (and its limits) without me writing a piece of code.
The manager interview was thirty minutes and gave me a very good idea of the problems the team was working on, the role, and where I would fit into things.
They threw out the old school "coding" interview and it was absolutely delightful.
