HR contacted me for the Team Lead role. There were 3-4 rounds of interviews. A couple of technical and behavioural interviews. I gave 3 to 4 interviews and they were super happy with my performance and my experience, but apparently, after my selection, they mentioned to me that they had sent an offer to someone prior to interviewing me. This shows to me utter unprofessionalism and additionally they even lowballed the offer they produced. They were not able to accept any proper discourse for the offer. They did mess around showing little to no regard of the candidate or their time.
