Had a great experience during the interview process. First spoke with the hiring manager/recruiter and then moved on to the directors of the department. They were great guys and asked a lot of great questions to determine if I was the right fit. Although it was a great experience I admit maybe I had some answers that made it evident I was not the right fit to them and that is perfectly okay. I still was grateful for the opportunity. However, that is where my positive ended. Although I followed up after the calls, I received no response from them or any follow-up or next steps. In other words, they ghosted me. Even if I was not the right fit, considering I was at the point of interviewing with the directors, I consider that a complete lack of respect and very unfortunate. No hard feelings because I appreciated the time and effort they made on their side to ask the right questions, but I am not impressed with their lack of respect of not even a response afterward. Maybe I just fell through the cracks but just very unfortunate.
