I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf in Mar 2023
Interview
One of the worst experiences. I applied for the position similar to my background. Recruiter e-mailed me and right away sent me the coding assignments. No phone call, no role\salary discussion. The assignment consist of the coding task + one task where you need to answer questions. The program you write need to pass the tests. I spent like 4 hours on everything and my code passed 3 out of 4 tests. Which I though is enough, considering the recruiter didn't even bother to talk to me. I submitted a task and was ignored for 2 months (no kidding) when I finally received an email saying they are moving forward with other candidate. It was just a waste of time. Recruiter did not respect my time at all, asking me to complete coding assignment without even a phone call. Why should I invest my time if I don't even know anything about the position I am interviewing for.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf (Waterloo, ON) in Nov 2025
Interview
A couple of rounds, followed by a complimentary breakfast of pancakes with some delicious maple syrup. I found the pancakes to be quite delightful. The people seemed really nice. I did not get the job because I could not design a starship and did not talk about maple syrup enough.
Had a 30-minute HR Screening, general questions, and nothing technical. A few days later got an email saying not to proceed to the next step. No feedback was given. Trying to apply for other positions but did not work out as well.
I went through a 30-minute interview that gave me a glimpse into the team and the projects they’re tackling. They seem to be working on some really interesting stuff, which made me curious about how I could contribute. Toward the end, I was asked a pretty simple LeetCode-style question (equivalent to an easy I'd say) which felt like a nice way to wrap things up.
