The interviews were straight forward and questions were at the level you would expect for this senior position. The communication and response from the recruiting team was horrible. After completing two interviews and a session with peer level employees, all communication completely stopped. I followed up with the recruiter two weeks after the last interview and got zero response. About 6 months later, I received an email saying they noticed I didn't live in the correct area despite the office is 10mi from my house. I've heard the same types of issues from friends that are current employees even for internal candidates.
