I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for a 30 mins screening
Then a 1-hour CodeSignal OA, easy/medium level
3 days after, received email to schedule 3-hour VO - 1 hour culture, coding, and system design.
2 days after, last round of a 30 min interview with a potential manager
Overall a great experience. Recruiters are responsive and helpful. Tech interviews are of fair difficulty levels. I feel like they do not expect you to memorize Leetcode questions. They value your thought processes and overall technical skills.
