They only interview you if you are referred by someone in management. It's not like any other interview. If you get an interview, they've already made up their minds to hire you. The interview is to clarify that you are not disturbing to be around. The HR who runs the whole show will just want to know about your life until the present. Your new boss will be there too, but he'll just see if you will ever want to be considered for managing in the future.
