I was recruited by a headhunter for this position and decided to speak with company representatives to learn more. Had 2 video interviews with HRVP and VP Talent but this is where things fell apart. The recruiter attempted to schedule me twice with the COO who then stood me up for both interviews with no notice. I gave the guy a pass on the first one but the second bail out with no communication was completely unacceptable. The recruiter called me back and tried to reschedule and I told her I was done and she could tell the VPHR it was because their COO apparently thought his time was more important than others. If this is how Ardaugh treats candidates, think about how badly they probably treat their employees. I would avoid this company if they call you.
