Quick and to the point there was no dilly dalling all went well. No worries. Was offered a chance to continue but did not. Every one was very very pleasant to work with.

Tell me about a time where you had to coach an employee?
Manager interviewing was not based in Ireland. They were really interested in you as an individual, not just the standard list of endless questions - more like a conversation where you and your time were valued and respected. They recently left the company though which is a shame!
