KCS is knowledge centered services, I was able to demonstrate how I have been working in this methodology, but for anyone researching for this interview, the principals are very simple and easy to pick up. There is formal training offered by the company for this, but the basics are relying on stakeholders to be SMEs and provide the best information in the organization.
