The whole process was very unprofessional and unorganized. You are better off spending your time in looking elsewhere. It is not worth your effort or the time. Hope this helps others.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Argo Data (Richardson, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
straight forward, 2-3 interviews before decision, mostly technical questions. Explain a data structure you’ve used and when? How would you debug a performance bottleneck? Walk me through a recent project from start to finish
Easy behavioral questions along with a few simple questions like what is recursion and what is the difference between 3 and "3". Behavioral questions are straightforward as well, like what is a time that you encountered an issue and how did you resolve it.

Question 1
What is recursion? What is the difference between 3 and "3"? What is XML?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Argo Data (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
In person interview, very technical in nature. Asked me to demonstrate technical skills through questions, a paper test, and whiteboard demonstrations. Felt very impersonal compared to other interviews, just making sure you know how to do the work.
